Schools to seek federal repair bond (Valley City Times Record)

The Valley City Public School District wants to take advantage of a $350,000 available bond, courtesy of the federal government. The Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB) is issued to school districts with the purpose of carrying out needed renovations, repairs, and other improvements.
